Prescriptions

Do I need a prescription?
Yes — every prescription medication requires a valid prescription from your licensed veterinarian. Over-the-counter preventives may not.

How do I provide my pet’s prescription?
Three easy ways: upload it in one step (no account needed — just your name, email and ZIP), have us contact your vet directly, or transfer an existing prescription from another pharmacy. Before or after checkout.

What if my vet hasn’t written the prescription yet?
Place your order first — at checkout, add your vet clinic’s name and phone number and our licensed pharmacists will request it directly. Nothing ships until the prescription is verified.

Ordering & verification

Who reviews my order?
Every order is reviewed by a licensed pharmacist against your pet’s prescription before it’s dispensed. If anything doesn’t match — strength, quantity, refills — our team contacts you or your vet first.

Are these the same medications my vet sells?
Yes — brand-name and generic medications in their original manufacturer packaging, dispensed by licensed partner pharmacies.

Why are your prices lower?
We source through licensed international pharmacy partners, where the same medications often cost significantly less. Pricing on every product page is live.

Shipping

How much is shipping?
Shipping is FREE on orders over $49. Below that, the rate is shown at checkout before you pay.

How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within 7–14 business days after prescription verification, with tracking the whole way. Order refills 2–3 weeks before you run out.

Across the United States.

Payment & account

What payment methods do you accept?
Major credit and debit cards at our secure, encrypted checkout. We never store your full card details on our site.

Do I need an account to order?
An account is created as part of checkout (or automatically when you use the one-step prescription upload) so our pharmacists can match your Rx to your order. Use “forgot password” any time to set your password.

Returns & support

Can I return a medication?
Pharmacy regulations don’t allow dispensed prescription medications to be restocked or resold. If anything is wrong with your order — damaged, delayed, or incorrect — contact us and our team will make it right.
